Form is a health and fitness magazine that will be released every four months. The proposition is as follows:

Form provides experienced, intermediate and beginner trainers with a wealth of in-depth knowledge of both physical and mental training to help you to thrive in everyday life.
Form aspires to be more than a magazine, we wish to become a library of health knowledge that’s easily accessible to all. Form provides a platform of advice for both new and experienced health enthusiasts looking to learn from others. 
Form is committed to improving both your body and mind, we encourage sustainable diets (you can still eat the foods you love) and engaging workout routines. A lot of lifters don’t realise the importance and mental health when it comes to training which is why many of them suffer from conditions such as body dysmorphia. We will help you to better understand and treat these conditions that are halting your progression.
This magazine provided its fair share of complications. Maintaining a balance between articles while also making them unique was a tough task. The grid provided flexibility and my own pre-determined set of rules allowed for an effective use of images.
